Ppal NEVER ask u for tracking info in order to receive payment

Ppal NEVER ask u to pay a third party eg western union in order to receive a payment

Genuine ppal emails:

Always address u as Dear full name

Never ask u to click on links/downloads/attachments

Never ask for personal info

Never ask u to click on links from private emails

Always log in  via official site never from your private emails

How can we check if this is a legit receipt number?? Where can i check or track it? It says that i need to ship a unit that im selling in olx.com before the money goes to my account. Im just afraid this maybe a scam.
