Premier Account help

Hi I currently have a paypal account which I assume is a STD account I wish to upgrade to a premier account how do I do this, what are the benifits and what are the costs etc

How old are u why do  u assume its a STD acc?

Is it linked to your parents acc?

If u are over 18 the student acc will have to be closed first then open a premier one
