Hi  can you tell me why its still  PENDING BALANCE when i've had positive feedback  thanks x

Welcome to the Community Forum.

Sometimes payments made to you from eBay are held so we can be sure that the buyer gets the item that they paid for. The money is yours it is just on hold.

Typically, you’ll have access to this pending payment:

• 3 calendar days after the estimated delivery date, if you provide delivery tracking information and ...
• 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date, if you mark the item as sent in your eBay account but don’t upload tracking information
• after 21 calendar days if you don’t provide delivery tracking information or mark the item as sent in your eBay account

Feedback is not something we use anymore to remove holds. 

If one of these things are already the case just drop us a quick email and we will be able to release the funds.

Once you are selling for a while you'll usually receive payments for your sales on eBay.co.uk sooner, and they're less likely to be placed in your pending balance.
