Paypal Mobile Invoice Not Showing

Hi

 

I have sent a paypal invoice from my laptop, however the lady trying to pay for it is on a mobile and says it is not showing. I have double check the email address, and resent it and reminded it however still it is not showing. The lady said she has never had a problem before on her mobile but i am not sure what else i can do. I have told he she can send it to my account directly or use my website but she would like an invoice!

Hi there littlejemsjewel,

 

That is unusual, if you have sent the invoice correctly and your buyer is still unable see the details I would suggest they firstly try to log into a PC or the website directly outside of the app and they shouldn't have any issues.

 

If they are still unable to see this invoice I would ask that they contact PayPal directly so the issue can be looked into.

 

In the meantime they can use the 'Send Money' option and mark the transaction as a payment for 'Goods'
