My buyer tells me that Pay Pal will not release my money untill I forward the tracking information. Do they expect me to send the item before I recieve payment ?

Ppal DO NOT ask for tracking info in order to get your money released

If you have been paid you will see the payment in your account and receive a  confirmation email from ppal

Never ship an item until you see cleared payment in your account
