Payment received against wrong email address

Hi, I have been sent a payment but the sender used the wrong email address.  Is there a way of transferring the payment to my account.  The email address it has been sent to is mine but I don't have a paypal account set up against this account.

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts as long as one is personal and the other premier/business.

HOWEVER you can have up to EIGHT email addys on the one paypal account.

Go to your paypal overview and add the other email address and once confirmed the payment will come with it.

I did this, added the email as described and confirmed. I did not receive my payment and the person who is supposed to pay me assures me it has been sent. I guess I just got unlucky XD They are a trustworthy buyer.
