I have an outstanding balance for a recurring payment that I would like to pay off. The recurring payment itself has been suspended, presumably by paypal.
Welcome to the forum! If you have a negative balance, you can restore it adding funds from your bank account. If you receive a payment for the outstanding amount, this will cover the negative balance as well. Alternatively, you can call our team on 0208 6100 150 to resolve the balance over the phone. Once the balance is restored you can set up the recurring payment again with the merchant.
Hallo, There is an outstanding amount in my PayPal account.... The question is how can I balance or pay the amount... Or is the transaction itself automatically to be clear.....means that should I wait to PayPal receive the payment itself..? Or should I balance the transaction myself...... Thank you....
