Not able to recieve payments

Hey, I have a master card that I have been using to recieve payments. My mastercard expires and all the sudden I cant recieve payments. Thing is, I think the mastercard I used was made through paypal or something, how do I renew it or how do I make it so I can recieve payments again? Thanks in advance for the help!

There should be a number on the back of the card you can call for assistance.
