No record of sent payment

There was a payment taken from my bank account from PayPal but there is no record of it on my PayPal account! Can any1 help pls???

Hi Hotpink, 

Is it possible that you may have paid for an item using a guest account with PayPal?. A guest account is where you pay for an item using PayPal but do not log in to your PayPal account. I would recommend that you contact us by phone so we can assist you in locating the transaction.
