New check-out system problems

I have won 7 ebay items and paid for them by paypal all in one go as the new check-out system insists.

I then get an email saying the paypal transaction did not go through and that I needed to re-pay - which I did.

I then get another email saying the transaction did not go through - I check paypal and it shows that I have paid twice.

Now neither I or my sellers know whether I have paid, not paid or paid twice....

Hey there edwardc,

You will be able to check in your PayPal transaction history if the payments have been sent. I would advise checking there as eBay does not always update straight away.

To view your History, follow these steps:

1. Log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click ‘History’ near the top of the page.
3. Use the filter options to narrow your search, then click ‘Show’.
