Negative Paypal balance, help!!!

I have a negative paypal balance of -£8.97. 

On the 30th March I asked for funds to be added from my bank account. 

It said it would all clear and be fine on the 8th of April.

It's the 9th now and the negative balance still hasn't cleared. What should I do? PLEASE HELP!

The adding of funds can take 5-7 working days, has this now cleared?

I recently  had  an issue   where someone  deposited money  into  my  account, i did not know this person or how he gotten my email, anyways  paypal  reviewed it and that person got his money back. Before  the money was deposited to my account  i had a balance of $5.oo, after just now  signing into my account i see my account with a negative Balance of $38.  This needs to be corrected by Paypal they refunded  the money to the rightful owner   but i should not be charged for this
