It says to click the Agree and Continue button, but the button says Agree and Pay. This makes it look like a scam site. But the browsers says it is paypal. and it knew my card number.
It says this as you are signing up for a billing agreement, similar to a subscription. The merchant can request money from your PayPal when you request it without you having to log into your PayPal account directly.
These are usually used for the likes for online gaming.
