If someone sends money through Family and Friends option can they charge back?

Hello, I was wondering if poeple can charge back on family/ friends optiion because some guy says he cant chargeback on me, im selling an virtual item.

He cant open dispute like not received or not described. But he still can claim unautorised transaction.

robdevil is correct. As there is no PayPal Buyer Protection on personal payment (friends and family) a dispute for non receipt of an item or a dispute for an item significantly not as described cannot be opened. However It is possible to open a claim for an unauthorised transaction.
Also, I would advise that if you are selling virtual items then you would not be covered under our Seller Protection Policy.

what if they sent money from the Same computer over 7 times should they beable to charge back still?
