I have got an email saying to claim my payments,but no money showing

I have recieved 2 payments from people waiting for goods from me, Not via ebay but personal goods. I recieved an email saying claim your money otherwise it will be sent back to the buyer on 22nd december however when i log into paypal there is no money to claim anywhere but these 2 ladies have definately paid me so where has my money gone?

Double check the email address they paid to and make sure it is not an old one or there is a spelling mistake on it.
