I keep getting this error message when trying to pay for items which I havent had before - any help would be great

Welcome back to the forum.

This sounds like the seller may be having issues with their own account.

Some limitations can stop a seller from receiving.

Have you tried to contact the seller at all? If so what did they say?

If not, try and let us know how you get on.

I can pay for my items using my debit card or credit card but not my paypal account. 

Your email message states to

• Log on to PayPal Community.
• Click My Profile.
• Click the Subscriptions & Bookmarks tab.
• Change your settings and click Save Changes.

Can you let me know which part I need to change in the settings before I click save changes
