Claim Problem , item returned no refund so far.

I have been using paypal a lot,couple years with it, and I have account verified, I have about 500 transactions on paypal or something over years.

 

I have in fact a couple cases I had to open on minor issues, never had a problem so far.

 

Recently I bought a set of toys for Christmas present for the kid from Spain. The toys arrived but were significantly different and missing toys from order that showed on the payment invoice. The main problem were missing toys, seller advertised toys was wood, some were cheap plastic, and one truck was actually a china crap plastic truck cut in half with hack saw **bleep**/glue on a hadmade wood back of it lol.

You could see it from the photos evidence I gathered and Opened a case, seller didnt say much on the case.

Esclated to claim couple days later, only thing seller said all claim Was "I am sorry you were not satisfacted with quality of our products"(in spanish)

 

After couple days paypal rechead conclusion I had to return item to be elegible for refund, so I did. No problem so far with paypal service.Problem starts now.

 

I then submited the tracking number along with files/photos of both the receipt of the tracking decument(in it you can see the destination adress it was sent too, matching the one on the case), and the actual payment receipt I paid for the return. Ok all good, I though within couple days I was going to be refunded.

(I even took a photograph on the item I sent back to proof its the same I received. I still have all the photos evidence here.

 

Couple days later I notice a change on the tracking information on my return, It said In distribution, I though yay I might see my money back today.

 

WRONGGG! Item its been on distribution for 3 days now? I went to oficial spain tracking site that works together with company I sent it on my country and it shows same tracking info , "Em distribuição".

MY problem is if someone in Spain just lost my Returned item? Or could they have stolen it?Tampered/changed it?

And I am still protected by paypal for refund? Or if some postal service company messes up I loose elegibilty for refund?

 

Sorry for the long text its my first retuned item and I dont really know what to think about this.

 

Thanks to anyone willing to help me out. I can provide all the required numbers photos to the paypal Member/representative if you can solve my case and are willing to deal with me directly.

My worst fear happened, some days after paypal closed case. Item I returned was delivered. So i lost 157€ + 30€ shipping(tracked+insured) + Item.

 

In the meantime NO ONE form paypal aproached to reach a resolution, or to help me appeal the case they just didnt care 😃 GJ!

 

This just is not admissable on a system such has paypal. So I am going to report this fraud to a friend that I worked with couple years ago at INTERPOL, due to the nature of paypal virtual cash , lets just say its interesting full of possibilities for fraud.

 

Anyway, Since paypal is a company only after a couple of  reports they can investigate, anyone with similar prob should do the same maybe they have some real humans looking over cases that involve money over certain amout...(which was supose to already happen)

Normally you have to have a tracking number that proves delivery of the item back to the seller.

 

However for international auctions as long as you the buyer have done everything asked of you then sometimes that is enough. 

 

You need to contact customer services and ask if you can have your refund now as you have done everything asked of you. 

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

Paypal has no Phone service at my country, So Its problem....

 

I hope someone from paypal dispute Agents reads this and contacts me  directly throw email SO i can actually solve this fast Has item has time to be pickup if he doesnt Its gets sent back to me.

HAHHAHA Paypal **bleep** me Over along with the Spanish seller.

 

I have the Tracking number and RECEIPT Photo showing the tracking and the destination adress i sent Item too, and both the  Tracking sites I provided work with the tracking number I provided on the case.

 

CTT.pt (Where i sent package from)

and Correos.es (destination country tracking site)

Here is a photo of the Tracking Receipt and Payment Receipt showing the destination Adress package was sent to.

NOTE: Its says "em mão" means HAND Delivery Sgined for "in hand".

 Looks like this is not enough Proof to show you actually sent the item? Next time I will just take package there myself and FILM THE ALL WAY TO HIS HOUSE?

So Why did I loose the case?!??!?!?, now I LOST MONEY and the ITEM, GOOD JOB!

 

Seller Openly refused to pickup the package on a email I sent him to tell him to pick up the returned item,package is wating at his local Postal Office in Vale Uixo in Spain waiting to pickup still. I have screenshot proof of that too.Whatever is worth I still have all the evidence I gathered here on the PC.

 

EDIT: I DEMAND TO TALk TO A CLAIM SPECIALIST NOT A AUTO MACHINE thing I am verifeid/certified Member....

So what do I do now? I just lost 157€ I paid for the Item + Item which I RETURNED + ~20€ for the Shipping Item which i sent back to the seller.

 

He must be laughing about me hard now... God Why..
