Cant send payment's or receive donations.

Hi guys, 

Well, iv'e had an issue with paying for things via paypal for a while now- the only way I can do that, is to not login and just use my card. That's not a huge problem for me, although I don't understand why, my account and card are both verrfieid so it shouldn't be happening should it? 

However, I also have a youtube channel for which I have been requested to set up a donations page. I did so, but i can't recieve donations either- People doing so recieve an error message instead. 

Any help for this would be so greatly appreciated! 😄

Have you reached your buying/sending limits??

Have you checked that on your paypal account?

If so then you need to verify your paypal account by adding your bank account.
