Hi, could someone please help, ive been billed for somethink ive not sold, the buyer pulled out but ebay still billed me for the item????

Hi chrisjoyce, 

If you have been billed by eBay incorrectly then you will need to contact eBay directly. You can advise them that the item didnt sell.

I am new too selling on paypal, and recieved payment on the 16th july for an item,  paypal said they may hold the money for up too 21 days, today is that 21st day but they still have not released the money? what can i do?
