Adding bank account (says 'Paypal server is currently experiencing difficulties')

Hi when i try to add a bank account to my paypal account it just says 'Paypal server is currently experiencing difficulties'.

I have been trying for the past 3 days even with different bank accounts, but it always says the above?

Anybody aware of this issue?

Suggest contacting customer support for assistance with linking your account.

You may also want to try deleting your browser's cookies, temp files and history.  Then close the browser, reopen it and retry.  If that does not resolve the issue, then your next step would be to contact customer support.

i need to add money to my pp acc. i want to do this through by bank acc.

 i am having huge problems doing this i feel that i am not able to add a bank acc. amessage is still appearing telling me pp is experiencing problems at the moment. i need to add money urgently can you please help?
