I have been purchasing on ebay for 10 years using paypal, now for no given reason paypal has limited my account and my all members of my family we try to called the customer service but they keep putting the phone down and keep saying for security reasons what is the security reasons if we all r using this service for paying not selling they are putting wrong staff and affect people names and house for no reason can somebody let me know if I can take them to court or report them for the really bad service they are given to customer .
