Hello, I am an online writer and a client has asked for payback even after delivering the assignment. How do I prove I delivered the product I was selling. Regards

HI @Czech11

Welcome to our Community Q&A session!

It really depends on what type of dispute has been raised. If the buyer is claiming they have not received the service, you will have to provide compelling evidence that you provided the service. If the buyer claims the standard or quality is not what was described or offered, they will need to provide the compelling evidence this is the case. As these cases are of a unique nature it is best to let PayPal decide the outcome, so escalating the dispute to a claim is the best option.

Thanks

Martin

It depends on many factors, as we rely on the response time from our customers. You will find some guidelines in our Help section. On the Kenyan website, you will find the information here.

Sri Lanka has limited PayPal to Send only.

What is the main reason for that?

What financial related rules does Sri Lanka lacks in order to have PayPal to enable both Send and Receive privileges?

Because there are a lot of online Entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka who needs PayPal.
