Hello Paypal gods,

 

A buyer purchased a shirt of mine off ebay and then immediately filed a claim that it was snad. I told paypal they asked for multiple closeups of the shirt and were satisfied with the condition (which was great, btw), and that they had only 1 review claiming they refunded an item for a frivolous reason, and sent it back extremely used. Well, paypal sided with them, and they did exactly that to ME! I told paypal I received the shirt back in unacceptable condition and have a video of me opening it along with screenshots of the previous claims, yet they refund the buyer. I got an email saying I could appeal the refund in the resolution center, yet it's disappeared from there. This person is trying to scam me and others and I don't want it to be unnoticed.

I appreciate that you're bringing this to our attention to ensure neither you nor other sellers are harmed by this buyer. I would advise contacting us, or reaching out through Facebook or Twitter, so that we can assist in appealing the decision on the case. Good luck with the appeal and I hope the issue is resolved soon.

I may have just been scammed, this was my first PayPal transaction and I just want to be sure I didn’t do something stupid.
