Which API to use allowing to transfer from one Paypal account to another??

Until now i'm just able to code for payment, what about transfer??

Thanks for joining us here on the community forum.

Depending on your region, you may not be able to receive payments on your PayPal account. In some countries, it's also only possible to send commercial payments.

If you go to www.paypal.com and click on your country's flag (bottom right), you'll see what services are available.
