Firstly, please make sure that the name on your bank account is matching with the name on your PayPal account. It could also be because your bank account is already active on another PayPal account. Here’s how to add a bank account to your PayPal account. If you are still experiencing difficulties when trying to add a bank account, please contact our Customer Service directly by clicking on Help and Contact at the bottom of our website. From here you can then select the Call Us option.
