I just removed my credit card from my paypal account and tried to add it again just after removing it (less than 1 minute) and it's said that my card is used in another account and if I want to use my card I need to delete it from that other account. Well, but I just come to remove it, how is possible that card is linked to another account. Do you please have explanation for this ?
