hello guys. an unauthorised payment was made through my visa card. Paypal reversed the payment but i do not know how to get the money back in my card from paypal balance

If its in your paypal balance then you can only withdraw it to a linked bank account.

Or failing that you can use it for future purchases as it will be the default funding source.
