withdrawal from a limited account

my account has been limited for 180 days, no idea why.

i however received an email saying that i was now free to withdraw, but this is not the case as i still cannot withdraw. i have also called customer care severally, they say i can withdraw but still nothing.

ok click on withdraw funds and send it to any bank account you have linked and verified to your paypal account.
