What does this mean? I used my card on my account before and I can't use it again, I just keep getting the same message; "We’re sorry, this card can’t be linked to your PayPal account. Please link a different card or contact us for further assistance." I need to buy something that is kind of important and I can't because it accepts PayPal only and it won't let me use my card.
