"Add your US bank account" - I'm not from US

I want to withdraw my money, I already added my card, but it say right now to add my U.S bank account.. how am I suppose to add bank account if I am not from US? Is there any way to withdraw my money using a card ?

SEB bank offer virtual Visa card (active 40 days) which is connected with your main account. I can withdraw that way in Estonia.

Depends what country you are in.

Some countries can't add a bank account at all.

Difficult to advise if you don't say what countries paypal account you have.

But as paypal is a U.S company they allow their ex-pats to add their US bank accounts to any other countries paypal account, that option is not for residents of that country however.

I have been using paypal for 2 years now. 

I have Visa account and it was all fine until now. 

I don't know what happened suddenly. 😞

Have been using Visa card to withdraw funds from PP for 6 months. Was woking fine. And just today something happened and there is only one Withdeaw button. I press it and it wants a US bank accout. Why so?

Same here! What is wrong? I need to withdraw monay ASAP.

Serbia here, same problem, no problem for almost a year and now when i finaly earned enough money for new graphic card i cant  withdraw money. My dumb luck....
