Funding source is empty! I have balance in euro. Payment was in USD. So I converted it to USD. Still when I make a payment at the seller site though paypal, paypal asks me to enter credit card!! Then why on earth have I added the balance?
Let me know how to use my balance.. if I lose money through your conversion game then I sue you. No banks asks us to convert it in their side. They why force us to convert. even after convering you are still not paying from my balance!! Not could I add a funding source. What are you doing with this site? How is paypal even surviving?
