hello, someone has paid for an item on ebay, which ive sold things on before, theyve paid but paypal has the payment on hold/pending saying it could take up to 21 days, yesterday it gave me a date that it was complete the pending money and itll be added to my account, it was the 29th today, i checked and its still pending/on hold and the date keeps showing january 1st 1970??
why is the payment not cleared straight away like past transactions and why isnt it ready today like it stated it would be and now saying it was ready over 40 years ago lol!?
