insufficient funds how to reissue payment?

I have several insufficient funds listed from yesterday. How do I reissue the payment now that my paycheck is in bank?

"Normally" if paypal try to take money from your bank account to pay a seller and it fails then they will try again a few days later > if that fails as well then they will use your back up card.
