Withdrawing

If my account is permanently limited can I still use my business debit card to withdraw funds or will that be deactivated too

If your account has been permanently limited you will not be able to transact using this account again, and any funds will be held for 180 days. This is to cover any claims or chargebacks which may be filed against you. You will receive an email from PayPal once the funds are available to withdraw.
