Withdrawing money

 I have sold items that have been paid for over 21 days ago and they do not show up on my PayPal balance so can't withdraw the amounts. Help please

Did they ever show in  your paypal balance, pending or cleared?

If not then how do you know you were paid?

Hi

New to PayPal so probably me! Payments are shown as Payment received in Paypal statement and highlighted green.

Balance is showing as £0.

GBP is set as default currency and sales were through e bay.

Over 21 days.

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the payments should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie buyers payments rather than your normal funding source.
