Hello I had £20.00 refund but it's not showing up for me to withdraw it? The card I had registered I lost would this be the reason, I have added my new card to my PayPal.

There are different ways that a payment can be refunded through the PayPal website. This is depending on how the original payment was funded through your PayPal account.
