Withdraw on review

Hello!

We received $2000 from other NGO and we really need this money to help the cats - our cats are in great need for food and veterinary treatments.

We are NGO, you have all our documents and statements, but  withdraw is on the review? We really, really need this money!

We do normally review any documents submitted to us for lifting your limits within a 30 day timeframe at the very maximum, although this may be longer if we require any additional details.
