Will I get my money in 72 hours?

I tried to withdraw the equivalent of 600 euro about 60 hours ago.  I got the email saying it could take up to 72 hours.  I am going on holiday in 20 hours time.  Is it a probability I will get the money?  This is ruining my vacation already.  Without that money I am in for a rough vacation.
