Why will PayPal not let me add bank account to with draw my money?

i am having exactly the same problem , i go to with draw , transfer to bank account , put in my details and it says i have to confirm it and when i try to it tells me exactly the same thing all over again !!!!!! ugghh 😞

Can i suggest also that you try another "browser" as that sometimes works.
