Yes of course they can BUT some folks don't realise that they have to actually 'add' that currency as a receiving currency to their paypal account before they can accept it, that is why I asked.

I do have a few other ideas if you had answered that question politely but as you seem to not like my advice (contrary to the 8000 users that have left me kudos / solutions for helping them), then I won't bother.
