WITHDRAWAL TO CREDIT CARD IS STILL PENDING

I have been using PayPal since 2011 and has not encountered any problems withdrawing funds. I usually withdraw funds to my credit cards and get charged $5 per transaction. I get funds the next day regardless if weekend or holiday. However, on June 18th I made 2 separate withdrawals to my 2 credit card on file but until now it is still PENDING. I need the funds badly for my husband's Dialysis. I tried to call your support and got charged for international call but unfortunately got someone who is rude, arrogant and very unwilling to help. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO???? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS AN ERROR WITH THE WITHDRAWAL I MADE OR WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE CAUSING THE DELAY...PLEASE HELP!!!!! THANKS

Firstly this is not paypal customer services but a user to user help forum.

Secondly you are talking about dollars and this is a UK forum.

Thirdly we can't withdraw to a card in the UK only to a linked bank account.

Lastly you have not said what country you are in.

So your best bet is to contact customer services.
