Unable to transfer the money from Paypal to Debit Mastercard

Hello there. 

I have 2 questions i would like to ask:

1. When i enter the number of my Debit MasterCard it is being identified as a creadit card instead of a debit card. Why would that be the case?

2. I'm unable to transfer the money from my paypal to my Debit MasterCard. When i attempt to do so, i get to a page where i have to add a US bank account. I don't have a US bank account because i live in Moldova. I have Moldova Bank account. Is it possible to add a Moldova Bank account instead of US bank account and how do i do that? Please advice of how to transfer the money from Paypal to my Debit MasterCard

1. Thats down to your bank and sometimes how PayPal view the card.

All card's first 6 digits are what is called a BIN number. BIN is beneficial to identify a card brand, issuing institution or bank, country of issuance, card type and category of cards. This is how PayPal identifies the type of card used. Some banks have incorrectly classified there debit cards as credit or prepaid cards under this BIN.

2. I think in your country it has to be a visa card.
