Unable to Withdraw Funds

Hi Guys,

I am trying to withdraw money from my account, but I am unable to due to an old bank account I am unable to remove.

I keep getting the message unable to remove due to pending transactions. I don't have any pending transactions.

I have tried adding my new Bank account, but it isn't working either.

Any Advice?

This sounds frustrating especially if you are waiting to withdraw your funds. The best option would be to contact us directly so we can help you remove the old bank account and add your new one for you. You can contact us by phone by clicking on the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
