Im from the UK and have had a problem transferring my funds to my banks, so ive cancelled my pending payments nd would like to know how to use the old interface as some people have said it works for them
hi - click on the paypal balance arrow and under your balance there is another withdrawal request - click on this one - you will then see the old interface.
