I tried adding my bank details into the Paypal and thats what it says. The PayPal server is currently experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later or contact Customer Service been 7hours now is it for everybody or just me ?
They seem to be trying to hold on to peoples money at the moment with this fake story of ' 'sorry cant process at this time' message. I am starting to see a pattern on the paypal forums today..
