Transfer time

I withdrew money from PayPal this morning to be transferred to my bank account, phoned up and was told it would hit my bank account today but it's showing as pending?? Can i do anything to speed it up so I definitely receive it today?

Normally 2-24 hours in the UK, fraid nothing you can do to speed it up unfortunately.
