Transfer from a linked bank account to PayPal wallet.

I transferred money from my linked bank account to my paypal account on the 3rd December 2016 and it said 5-7 business days to receive the money.

After checking regularly, on my paypal activity it says the funds will be available on the 9th December 2016. It is now 11th Decebmer and I do not have the funds in my paypall wallet even though they funds have been removed from my bank account.

Any information about if this is normal and how long it will take until I can actively use this money?

The date given is an estimate.

5-7 business days gives you a date between the 9 - 13 th December.
