Hi,

I transferred money from a new card to my paypal account. however, i forgot to link my paypal with my new card. The funds isn't showing up after i linked my new card to paypal. 

May i know what are the proper steps to ensure my funds are in my paypal? i linked my new card with paypal already

You can't add funds to your paypal account balance from a card in the UK.

You can only do it via a linked bank account.

I am not from the UK.. but is it the same for every country?

No paypal is country specific but if you are posting on the UK forum and are NOT from the UK it would be helpful if you said so.
