Hi,

 

I opened a Paypal account  a week ago and everything  was working fine and i started to sell and get the money from clients. BUT when i try to withdraw to my bank card or credit card i get this error. ''Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later.''  

Both bank card and credit have been confirmed. So what can i do more?
