I go to withdraw money and get this error:

Really annoying as I get it for most options on my PayPal account including add bank, change email etc.

Hopefully you can sort it out since I've been getting blanked by your Twitter account and I'm trying my best not to swear.

I do have this but it's been way over 180 days now:

Getting the exact same error. I am pulling my hair out here. CS say to request an invoice from who I need to pay but the EXACT SAME ERROR is coming up.
