For a couple of weeks when I'm trying to add money to paypal with "Add funds to your account instantly" I get this message on the page "Service temporarily unavailable." and also my friends got the same message. Is this a problem from PayPal or am I doing something wrong?

As most of you realized "Add funds to your account instantly" option is unavailable. Does anyone know what's up with that? i don't have Visa or Mastercard so this is my only option.

i have saved the IBAN when i was adding funds before, but i don't know if i'm gonna get the money on my account since service is unavailable.

I try 2months to now to add money for my paypal account, I wanna use "Add funds using Trustly", but i got all the time: "Service temporarily unavailable." What can i do now? Same problem with me. The option that is diplayed in my PayPal account is “Add funds using Trustly”. And when I click that link I get redirected to https://www.paypal-topup.si where it only displays a big picture with sign “Service temporarily unavailable." I live in Maribor, Slovenia.
I asked for help Via Help center. I've got a reply that for Slovenia Trustly doesn't work for the moment, and I got 20€ on my account. I am not saying that is not generous, but I need to add a lot more funds to my account. I also can't understand why this is so hard to fix. In this globalised world I just need an IBAN number of the bank or paypal account and some reference number that I am sure, every paypal user has (USER ID could be enough) to check to whom they should upload funds. I really don't understand why is that so hard.
I also contacted PayPal support and they were not aware about the fact that adding funds via Trustly is not working in Slovenia. However I did not het any money from them as compensation for this problem. I also contacted Trustly and got the answer that the service is in deed not working, but they were not able to provide any answer when this will be fixed.
